In addition to the scientific lecture program, AOFKA2025 also offers you, as a manufacturer of products for surface and solid state analysis, the opportunity to present your latest products to the scientific audience as part of a small integrated industrial exhibition in conjunction with a short presentation. The exhibition is closely integrated into the conference program in terms of time and space, so that you as an exhibitor have the best possible communication and interaction with the conference participants. We as organizers are sure that you, as an important player in the field of surface and solid state analysis, will not miss this opportunity and apply quickly for the 13 available spaces at AOFAK2025.

Information about the location

The venue for AOFKA2025 is the Fraunhofer Center in Kaiserslautern, right next to the Institut für Oberflächen- und Schichttechnik (IFOS) and in the immediate vicinity of the campus of the Rhineland-Palatinate University of Technology Kaiserslautern-Landau RPTU.

 

The modern conference facilities of the Fraunhofer Center are the ideal location for the planned program with lectures, posters and industry exhibition with directly connected areas and short distances. The exhibition areas are clearly arranged and offer each exhibitor optimum presentation opportunities. The coffee breaks will also take place in the immediate vicinity to facilitate a lively exchange of ideas.

Our offer for exhibitors
 

The stand fee for a stand area of 6 (3x2) m² is € 1.250,-

Participation in the conference and the associated conference material is free of charge for one person per stand. The scope of services includes drinks and snacks during breaks as well as lunch. For the 2nd and each additional person at the stand, we charge a fee of EUR 200.

The exhibition space is located directly opposite the lecture hall and the coffee break area, so the company exhibition is seamlessly integrated into the conference program.

The exhibition area has WLAN. If required, we will be happy to provide you with a table (140 x 70 cm), a chair and an electrical connection (220V) with a triple socket free of charge.

Suitable access to the exhibition area is available for assembly and dismantling. Please insure your exhibits yourself. The premises will be locked approximately one hour after the end of the conference program each day.

Stand operators will have the opportunity to present their innovative products and services to an interested specialist audience in a 10-15 minute presentation during the Industry Forum after the respective lunch breaks.

 In order to facilitate a lively exchange, the coffee breaks will take place directly in front of the company exhibition area.

Following the scientific program, a Welcome Reception including a company evening with food and drinks for the conference participants will take place on Monday evening in the neighbouring IFOS institute building. This will give conference participants the opportunity to talk to the exhibitors and make or intensify personal contacts in a relaxed atmosphere

As an exhibitor, you will be displayed on the conference website with your company logo and a reference to your support of the conference. A link to the respective company homepage will be included.

For DVG company members we grant a discount of EUR 100 on the stand fee. If you are not yet a DVG member, you will find a corresponding application form on the last page

Ad placement in the digital program booklet

 

The program booklet will be made available as a digital PDF version this year. Color advertisements can also be placed in this program booklet. The following two formats can be booked by e-mail via the conference secretariat until May 23, 2025.

 

 

Sponsoring

The conference offers you the ideal platform for approaching an interested specialist audience, consolidating existing contacts and acquiring future customers. Take advantage of the opportunities listed to present your company and market your products. We are still looking for sponsors for the following conference equipment:

  • Conference bags

Each participant should receive a conference bag with the necessary documents. The logo placement on the conference bag ensures that the company is perceived as a close partner of the event.

  • Blocks and pens in the conference bags

Each conference participant should be provided with a block and a pen for their personal notes. You as a sponsor supplies pads and pens exclusively after consultation with us as the organizer and so your campany is permanently present during the conference with your logo.

  • Lanyards for name badges (lanyards)

Each participant should wear their name badge permanently on a lanyard, which is also suitable for attaching a logo or similar and is therefore clearly visible during the meetings.

  • Proportional participation in the financing of the industry evening

A welcome Reception & Industry Evening is planned for Monday evening at IFOS. There, the participants will be offered food and drink. There will also be the opportunity to promote you as an exhibitor with a video presentation running in the background. We would be very grateful for your financial support for the evening
